Lauren Zaslansky Conner,
Operations Director
Lauren Zaslansky Conner is a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, working with small and medium sized businesses. She spent the majority of her career in the consumer products industry, including Disney and Little Tikes/MGA, in a variety of roles from finance to licensing to marketing to sales. She is the treasurer of Burbank Temple Emanu El (was President 2019-2024), board member of the Movement Effect and a former board member of ACEing Autism.
She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania (where she met her husband and Eric) and an MBA from Columbia University. Lauren moved west in 2002 from New York City and now Lauren lives in Burbank with her husband, their two sons, and 2 chaotic dogs.

Tim Mockett,
Assistant Director
Tim is a high school student with a passion for the arts. He loves dancing, singing and filmmaking. Autism is one of his superpowers. He's won several awards in the PTSA's Reflections contest at the California State level. For 2024, he won the Award of Excellence in Dance Choreography at the PTA National level. He's been studying filmmaking since he was 12 years old. He also received his Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2023.
